Last day of 2010

Sorry about the long gap since our last post. Tessa and I went on a vacation to India, and Melanie looked after the Inn for us. It’s difficult for owners to get away from a bed and breakfast, but we’re fortunate to have a great manager and staff.

Today is the last day of 2010, and we’re fully booked tonight – New Year’s Eve. It’s been a great year for us, and we’re very grateful to all the wonderful guests who came to stay with us. Our occupancy was 10{d3da474d8bd0864fa8610f63bac1618ae5fd7ad84b33aac0efe7885332f2d7ff} higher than in 2009; about half of the increase was due to an additional room – the Carriage House Room.
